Emergency Rescue Lost and Found Hack

If you are ever lost while hiking, in imminent danger in a natural disaster situation, stuck with a broken down or fuel depleted vehicle, and you notice your cell phone is either low on juice or has no signal, this simple hack can save your life.

IMMEDIATELY, while you have enough battery on your phone, change the message on your voicemail that gives:
Your location: Your actual coordinates are best and can be found instantly on Google Maps. If you have no coordinates, look for large and/or markers such as signs, natural formations, etc.
The time, date, and details of your situation (injured, locked out of the vehicle, lost, out of gas, car broken down, injured, separated from partner/missing person, etc...).

Add some additional instructions such as a rescue signal deployed and your proximity to it, if you are walking toward a town (with proper gear and navigational skills), or if you are staying with your vehicle, etc.

In doing this, even if your cell phone dies or stops working, voicemail still works, so anyone calling your cell looking for you will receive the message and be fully equipped to find you or initiate a rescue.
